بررسی مقایسه ای تاثیر دو روش آموزشی چند رسانه ای و تصویری- بازخوردی بر خودکارآمدی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: بیماران دیابتی بدلیل ماهیت مزمن بیماری، جهت مراقبت ازخود و افزایش خودکارامدی نیازمند آموزش هستند. خودکارآمدی، اطمینان از توانمندی در انجام رفتارهای مراقبت ازخود در شرایط خاص است. با افزایش آگاهی، خودکارآمدی بیماران افزایش یافته که موجب کاهش چشمگیر عوارض بیماری می شود. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین مقایسه ای تاثیر دو روش آموزشی چند رسانه ای و تصویری– بازخوردی بر خودکارآمدی بیماران دیابتی انجام شد.
روش کار: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی 75 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب و به سه گروه 25 نفری تقسیم شدند. به گروه چندرسانه دیسک فشرده و به گروه تصویری–بازخوردیآموزش به مدت 4 جلسه یک ساعته داده شد. گروه کنترل آموزشی دریافت نکرد.داده ها قبل و 3 ماه پس از مداخله بوسیله مقیاس خودکارآمدی در مدیریت دیابت (DMSES) اندازه گیری شد.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد، تفاوت معناداری بین میزان تغییرات نمرات خودکارآمدی بیماران قبل از مداخله در سه گروه وجود نداشت (05/0p>)، در صورتیکه تفاوت معناداری بین میزان تغییرات نمرات خودکارآمدی بیماران بعد از مداخله در دو گروه آموزشی نسبت به گروه کنترل وجود داشت(p <0/01). نتایج نشان داد میزان اثر بخشی هردو روش آموزشی بر خودکارآمدی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت یکسان است(P=0/302).
نتیجه گیری: بکارگیری دو روش آموزشی چندرسانه ای و تصویری – بازخوردی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 موجب ارتقاء توان خودکارآمدی می شود. با توجه به مقرون به صرفه هر دو روش، می توان از این روش ها برحسب امکانات موجود جهت آموزش بیماران دیابتی بهره گرفت.
