مقایسه تاثیر موسیقی درمانی و نوشتن بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی دانش آموزان مبتلا به سرطان ۸ تا ۱۴ سال

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سرطان بیماری است که اثرات قابل توجهی بر زندگی افراد مبتلا و خانواده های آن ها بر جای می گذارد. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه تاثیر موسیقی درمانی و نوشتن بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی دانش آموزان مبتلا به سرطان ۸ تا ۱۴ سال انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. تعداد 45 دانش آموز 8 تا 14 سال به روش هدفمند از بخش انکولوژی بیمارستان فوق تخصصی کودکان بندرعباس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند. ابزار تحقیق در دو مرحله در دو گروه گردآوری شدند. در گروه موسیقی در 4 هفته شنیدند و گروه نوشتن 4 هفته متوالی به صورت روزی 30 دقیقه نوشتن درﺑﺎره اﺣﺴﺎﺳﺎت اﻓﮑﺎر و ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﺎت ﺧﻮد در ﻣﻮرد روﯾﺪاد یا ﺑﺎر ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ بیماری سرطان نوشتند. داده ها به کمک آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 23 تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد بین اثربخشی موسیقی درمانی و نوشتن بر عملکرد جسمانی، عملکرد اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی تفاوت معنی دار بود. اما تفاوت در تاثیرگذاری دو گروه بر عملکرد تحصیلی و عملکرد عاطفی تفاوت معنی دار نبود. نتیجه گیری: درواقع درمان هایی که به تخلیه هیجانات منفی منجر می شود به بهبود وضعیت سلامت روان آنها می انجامد.
