تعیین اثر تغییر فاصله چشمه تا پوست بر درصد دوز عمقی در درمان آیزوسنتریک در پرتودرمانی با فوتون 6MV
زمینهوهدف: یک روش محاسبه دوز در پرتودرمانی، استفاده از درصد دوز عمقی (PDD) است. PDD، با افزایش فاصله چشمه تا سطح (SSD) ، با قانون عکس مجذور فاصله تغییر میکند. در شرایط بالینی، بایدSSD استاندارد را به مقداری که در عمل به کار میرود، تبدیل کرد. لذا در این پژوهش یک فاکتور جدید جهت محاسبه PDD وابسته به SSD پیشنهاد می شود.
روشبررسی: از شتاب دهنده الکتا کامپکت برای فوتونهای ایکس6 مگاولتاژی، فانتوم Scanditronix blue با ابعاد 50×50×50cm3 و دو اتاقک یونساز با حجم حساس0.13CC استفاده شد. PDD برای میدانهای 8×8, 10×10، 6.4×6.4 در SSD های 80 و100 سانتیمتر بهطور جداگانه دوزیمتری شد. Ks0 و Ks به ترتیب پراکندگی کلیماتور را برای میدان درSSD استاندارد وSSD جدید به حساب می آورند. نسبت Ks0 و Ks برای اصلاح رابطه ماینورد اعمال شد.
یافتهها: با اصلاح فاکتور ماینورد، برای میدانهای 8×8, 10×10 ، PDD با دقت بیشتر محاسبه شد. اما برای میدان 6.4×6.4 بهبود محاسبه PDD در عمق های حدود منطقه بیلدآپ مشاهده شد.
نتیجهگیری: روش فاکتور ماینورد برای میدانهای کوچک که پراکندگی کلیماتور در آنها کم است، قابل استفاده است. اما، برای عمق ها یا SSD های بزرگ، میتوان با به کاربردن روش ماینورد تصحیح شده، دقت محاسبات PDD را برای SSDهای مختلف افزایش داد.

ارزیابی ارتباط بین سطح فاکتور VIII پلاسما با علائم خونریزی دهنده در ناقلین هموفیلی A مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان شفا اهواز، ایران
زمینه و هدف: هموفیلی یک بیماری خونریزی دهنده ارثی وابسته به Xاست که به دلیل کاهش سطح فاکتورهای انعقادی ایجاد میشود. در این بیماری خونریزی در نقاط مختلف بدن به صورت کبودی پوست، خونریزیهای گوارشی، مفصلی، ادراری تناسلی و غیره ایجاد میشود. هدف از اجرای این مطالعه بررسی عوامل و ریسک فاکتورهای خونریزی در بیماران ناقل هموفیلی A میباشد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت مصاحبهای در بیماران ناقل هموفیلی A صورت میگیرد و با توجه به آزمایشات به عمل آمده از آنان پرسشنامهای در جهت خونریزیهای رخ داده و علائم بیماران همراه با سوابق فامیلی و سطوح فاکتور 8 بیماران استخراج شده و مورد مقایسه و آنالیز قرار میگیرد. در کل 70 بیمار جهت مطالعه بر اساس حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. دادههای به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. یافتهها: کمبود فاکتور 8 در زمینه خود میتواند باعث افزایش ریسک خونریزی در بیماران ناقل هموفیلی A باشد که بر اساس محاسبات میزان فاکتور 8 کمتر از محدوده 45-40 موجب افزایش ریسک خونریزی در امتداد کاهش میزان فاکتور 8 میباشد. خونریزیهای مختلف (لثه، دهان، منوراژی و ...) به تنهایی وابسته به سطح فاکتور 8 نمیباشند و سطح فاکتور 8 یکی از عوامل تاثیر گذار است و به تنهایی در ریسک خونریزی اعمالی ندارد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به افزایش ریسک خونریزی در سطوح پایین تر فاکتور 8، لازم است که بررسیهای دقیق در زمینه عوامل و علل خونریزی در بیماران با آگاهی رسانی بیشتر در زمینه خود مراقبتی و آگاهی نسبت به شرایط خود بیماران صورت گیرد.

مروری بر بوی بد دهان (هالیتوزیس)
بوی نامطبوعی که از نفس افراد ساطع می شود به هالیتوزیس مشهور است. علل بوی بد دهان به دو دسته داخل دهانی و خارج دهانی تقسیم بندی میشوند. حدود 85 درصد از موارد بوی بد دهان علتی در داخل دهان دارند و عمدتا" در اثر فعالیت میکروارگانیزم ها و تخریب و تجزیه آمینو اسیدها به گازهای بد بو ایجاد میشوند. احتمالا" گونه های مختلف میکروبی در این فرایند نقش دارند و مرتبط با یک گونه بخصوص میکروبی نیست. در بین علل داخل دهانی زبان باردار و عفونت های پریودنتال نقش عمده ای دارند. در بین علل خارج دهانی، لوزه ها و بخصوص التهاب مزمن لوزه از علل شایع بوی بد دهان هستند. در این بررسی،اپیدمیولوژی، طبقه بندی، علل داخل دهانی و علل خارج دهانی بحث شده است. در پایان به روشهای مختلف تشخیص و گزینه های مختلف درمان پرداخته شده است.

قابلیت اطمینان پارامترهای سیگنال الکترومایوگرافی در حرکت روی پله و سطح شیبدار
زمینه و هدف: استفاده از این پارامترهای سیگنال الکترومایوگرافی مستلزم آگاهی از میزان قابلیت اطمینان آنها میباشد. هدف این پژوهش، محاسبه و مقایسه قابلیت اطمینان چهار پارامتر رایج در تحلیل سیگنال الکترومایوگرافی اندام تحتانی، هنگام حرکت روی پله و سطح شیبدار است.
روش بررسی: 14 نفر مرد جوان سالم، 5 نوبت با فاصله زمانی 1 دقیقه از پله و سطح شیبدار با سرعت معمولی بالا رفتند و هربار پس از 30 ثانیه استراحت پایین آمدند. سیگنال الکترومایوگرافی عضلههای راست رانی، پهن داخلی، پهن خارجی و درشتنی قدامی ثبت شد. در حوزه زمان، انتگرال سیگنال الکترومایوگرافی (IEMG) و مجذور میانگین مربعات (RMS) و در حوزه فرکانس، میانه فرکانس توان (MPF) و فرکانس میانه (MF) بدست آمد. ضرایب همبستگی درون طبقهای (ICC) و خطای استاندارد اندازهگیری (SEM) پارامترهای فوق محاسبه شد.
یافتهها: به طور کلی میانگین قابلیت اطمینان نسبی و قابلیت اطمینان مطلق نرمال شده پارامتر های دامنه ای بالاتر از پارامترهای فرکانسی بود. در حرکت بالا رفتن، قابلیت اطمینان نسبی و قابلیت اطمینان مطلق نرمال شده بیشتر از پایین آمدن است. در بین قابلیت اطمینان عامل های دامنه ای IEMG و RMS و نیز بینقابلیت اطمینان پارامترهای فرکانسی MPF و MF تفاوت کلی دیده نشد.
نتیجهگیری: تفاوت قابلیت اطمینان پارامترهای سیگنال الکترومایوگرافی در شرایط مختلف حرکتی ضرورت دانستن قابلیت اطمینان این پارامترها را در پژوهشهای علمی نشان میدهد.

تاثیر بازتوانی های بدنی، شناختی و ترکیبی بر توجه و حافظه جانبازان مبتلا به PTSD
زمینه و هدف: در جانبازان مبتلا به PTSD، اختلالات شناختی نظیر نقص در حافظه و توجه باعث شده است که افزون بر درمان های دارویی آنتی سایکوتیک و آرام بخش ها، کاوش هایی هم درجهت استفاده از بازتوانی های مختلف به منظور رفع این اختلالات، صورت پذیرد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر مقایسه بازتوانی های مختلف بر حافظه و توجه این جانبازان می باشد.
روش بررسی: در مطالعه نیمه تجربی حاضر، 43 جانبازان جنگ تحمیلی با توجه به شرایط تحقیق به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و سپس به صورت تصادفی در چهارگروه کنترل، بازتوانی های بدنی، شناختی و ترکیبی تقسیم شدند. بهره حافظه و نمره تداخل توجه به ترتیب با استفاده از پرسشنامه وکسلر و آزمون استروپ در قبل و بعد از مداخلات مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آزمون های تی همبسته، تحلیل واریانس و کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که پس از اعمال مداخلات بین گروه های تجربی با گروه کنترل در بهره حافظه اختلاف معناداری مشاهده شد(05/0P<). با این حال بین گروه های تجربی در بهره حافظه اختلاف معناداری وجود نداشت(05/0P>). علاوه بر این بین گروه های تجربی با گروه کنترل در نمره تداخل توجه تفاوت معناداری مشاهد شد(05/0P<). این اختلاف بین گروه های بازتوانی شناختی و ترکیبی با گروه بازتوانی بدنی بود.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به موجود اختلالات حافظه و توجه در جانبازان PTSD، انجام بازتوانی های ترکیبی(تمرینات ورزشی - شناختی) می تواند به عنوان راه کاری جدید باعث بهبود معناداری در عملکرد حافظه و توجه آنها گردد.

روایی،پایایی، ساختار عاملی و توان تمایزی مقیاس مانیای یانگ بین بیماران افسرده تک قطبی و دوقطبی و جمعیت عمومی
زمینه و هدف: اختلال افسردگی دوقطبی هم از لحاظ مبانی بیولوژیکی هم از نظر پدیدارشناختی علائم از افسردگی غیردوقطبی متفاوت است.تشخیص ماهیت این دو در فاز افسردگی کمی دشوار و مستلزم مصاحبه دقیق و ابزار سنجش مناسب است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین روایی، پایایی، توان تمایزی و ساختار عاملی مقیاس سنجش مانیای یانگ (YMRS) بود.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع زمینه یابی و روان سنجی است. شرکت کنندگان 367 نفر، شامل 120 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی، 126 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی عمده و 121 فرد بهنجار از مراکز درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان و مطب های خصوصی بودند. مقیاس درجه بندی مانیای یانگ (YMRS)، مقیاس درجه بندی افسردگی دوقطبی (BDRS)، مقیاس درجه بندی افسردگی همیلتون (HDRS) و پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (BDI) برای گردآوری داده ها به کار رفتند و داده ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل عاملی و تحلیل تمایزات تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: مقیاس درجه بندی مانیای یانگ در جمعیت ایرانی همسانی درونی بالایی (α=0/82) داشت و روایی آن از طریق همبستگی بالا با زیرمقیاس آمیخته ی مقیاس درجه بندی افسردگی دوقطبی (0.74.5) تایید شد. تحلیل عاملی سه عامل فزون فعالی، رفتارهای پرخطر و پیش آگهی را بر اساس ملاک های تشخیصی DSM-5شناسایی کرد. مناسب ترین نقطه برش بالینی، نمره 5/7 با حساسیت 5/62 درصد و ویژگی 89 درصد در شناسایی بیماران تک قطبی از دوقطبی بود.
نتیجهگیری: نسخه فارسی مقیاس سنجش مانیای یانگ از ویژگی های روان سنجی مطلوبی برخوردار است و قدرت تمایز افسردگی دوقطبی از تک قطبی را دارد.

اثر تمرین هوازی و مصرف امگا-3 بر عملکرد ریوی مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دوم
زمینه و هدف: یکی از عوارض دیابت، مشکلات تنفسی و کاهش عملکرد ریوی در این بیماران می باشد. بر این اساس هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر تمرین هوازی و مصرف امگا-3 بر عملکرد ریوی مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دوم بود.
روش بررسی: در تحقیق نیمهتجربی حاضر، 40 مرد مبتلا به دیابت نوع دوم با میانگین سنی 9/4 ± 5/43 سال، به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در 4 گروه تمرین + دارونما، تمرین + امگا-3، امگا-3 و دارونما تقسیم شدند. تمرینات به مدت هشت هفته، سه جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه 60-45 دقیقه تمرین هوازی با شدت 70-50 ضربان قلب ذخیره بود. امگا-3 به صورت کپسول و روزانه 1000 میلی گرم مصرف شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آزمون های t-test و ANOVA استفاده شد (05/0≥ P).
یافته ها: پس از مشارکت منظم در تمرینات هوازی افزایش معنیداری در FVC، FEV1 و VO2max در گروههای تمرین + دارونما و تمرین + امگا-3 نسبت به گروه دارونما مشاهده شد. سطح VO2max در گروههای تمرین+ دارونما و تمرین + امگا 3 نسبت به گروه امگا-3 به صورت معنیداری بیشتر بود. همچنین افزایش معنیداری در FVC در گروه تمرین + امگا-3 نسبت به گروه امگا-3 مشاهده شد (05/0>P). اما تفاوت معنی داری در متغیرهای مورد بررسی بین دو گروه تمرین + امگا 3 و تمرین + دارونما مشاهده نشد (05/0<P).
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان داد که تمرینات ورزشی اثربخشی بیشتری بر عملکرد ریه و تنفس نسبت به مصرف امگا-3 دارد. همچنین مصرف امگا-3 در کنار تمرینات هوازی اثربخشی بیشتری بر FVC نسبت به گروه مصرف امگا-3 داشت.

اثربخشی مداخله واژگان هسته ای بر کودک مبتلا به ایدز با اختلال گفتاری
ایدز یک بیماری عفونی دستگاه ایمنی انسان است که میتواند حوزه های گفتار، زبان، و شناخت را در کودکان درگیر کند. با توجه به مطالعات محدود در این حوزه، پژوهش حاضر، اثر درمانی رویکرد واژگان هستهای را در یک کودک 5 ساله مبتلا به ایدز، مورد بررسی قرار داد. ارزیابیهای گفتاری قبل و پس از مداخله کودک مبتلا به ایدز در این مطالعه نشان داد که نمره بی ثباتی از 75 درصد به ۲۵ درصد کاهش یافت و این تفاوت نشان دهنده افزایش وضوح گفتار در نمونه مورد مطالعه بود.

تاثیرهشت هفته تمرین هوازی روی برخی شاخص های قلبی تنفسی و تحمل فعالیت زنان مبتلا به آسم مزمن دارای اضافه وزن
زمینه و هدف: بیماری آسم، چاقی یا اضافه وزن یکی از عوامل تغییرات قلبی - تنفسی است که راه های هوایی را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش در سال 1394 به صورت نیمه تجربی از نوع کاربردی و با استفاده از دو گروه تجربی(13نفر) و کنترل (13نفر) بر اساس غربال گری پرونده پزشکی و معاینه بالینی گروه ها انتخاب و تعیین گردید. افراد به مدت دو ماه مطابق برنامه فعالیت هوازی زیر بیشینه (45 تا 80 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب) به تمرین هوازی پرداختند. شاخص های مورد اندازه گیری در شرایط پایه، به روش استاندارد اندازه گیری شدند. ارزیابی داده ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و مقایسه پیشآزمون و پس آزمون هر گروه با آزمون تی زوجی در سطح معنی داری( 05/0 ≥p ) انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرین باعث کاهش معنی داری ضربان قلب استراحت، فشار خون سیستولی، تهویه دقیقه ای و افزایش معنی داری حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی و تحمل به فعالیت شد (05/0 ≥p ). اما در شاخص های مذکور در گروه کنترل تغییر معنی داری مشاهده نشد (05/0≥ p). نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعات نشان داد که تقویت عضلات تنفسی و سایر عوامل فیزیولوژیکی طی فعالیت هوازی قادر است بهبودی قلبی و تنفسی ایجاد کند. همچنین فعالیت هوازی باعث تغییر مطلوب در شاخص های قلبی- تنفسی و تحمل به فعالیت زنان مبتلا به آسم مزمن دارای اضافه وزن شود.

ارزیابی بیان فیمبریه (Fim2 و Fim3) Bordetella pertussis در مراحل مختلف کشت به منظور تولید واکسن
زمینه و هدف: فیمبریه(Fim2 و Fim3) از فاکتورهای حدت در Bordetella pertussis است و باعث اتصال باکتری به سلولهای مژه دار دستگاه تنفس میزبان و تحریک پاسخهای ایمنی میشود. فیمبریه از ارکان اصلی واکسنهای سلولی و بدون سلولی سیاه سرفه محسوب میشود. طبق پیشنهاد سازمان بهداشت جهانی (WHO) در واکسنهای سلولی باید حضور فیمبریه (Fim2 و Fim3) تایید شده باشد. در این تحقیق برای بررسی و تایید حضور Fim2 و Fim3 در واکسنهای سلولی، دو سویهی واکسینال 509 B. pertussis(دارای Fim2) و 134 B. pertussis (دارای Fim3) مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. سپس میزان بیان Fim2 و Fim3 در مراحل مختلف کشت برای تولید واکسن در بیوراکتور مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. روش بررسی: برای تعیین و ارزیابی حضور فیمبریه ها از روش اسلاید آگلوتینوژن و ELISA غیر مستقیم استفاده شد و مقدار آن به صورت کمی محاسبه گردید. پس از تایید حضور فیمبریه ها دو سویه در محیط مایع B2 کشت داده شدند. یافتهها: میزان بیان فیمبریه ها در فاز های مختلف رشد به دست آمد و بهترین زمان برای برداشت و توقف کشت تعیین گردید. نتیجهگیری: طبق نتایج بیشترین میزان بیان Fim2 و Fim3 و بهترین زمان برای برداشت باکتری از فرمانتور فاز لگاریتمی باکتری است. با اینکه میزان بیان این دو فیمبریه در این فاز با یکدیگر متفاوت می باشد اما در نهایت بیشترین حضور فیمبریه در این فاز است.

اثربخشی مداخله واژگان هسته ای بر کودک مبتلا به ایدز با اختلال گفتاری (گزارش موردی)
سابقه و هدف: ایدز یک بیماری عفونی دستگاه ایمنی انسان است که می تواند حوزه های گفتار, زبان, و یادگیری را در کودکان درگیر کند. یکی از آسیب های گفتاری در این کودکان، بی ثباتی در خطای تولید است. بنابراین, رویکرد واژگان هسته ای, ممکن است به عنوان درمانی مناسب برای افراد اتخاذ شود. با توجه به مطالعات محدود در این زمینه, هدف از انجام این مطالعه, بررسی تاثیر مداخله واژگان هسته ای در کودک مبتلا به ایدز می باشد.مواد و روش: پژوهش حاضر به صورت گزارش موردی, اثر درمانی رویکرد واژگان هسته ای را در یک کودک 5 ساله مبتلا به ایدز، مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. با توجه به ارزیابی های گفتاری, کودک دارای نمره بی ثباتی بالاتر از 40 درصد در اختلالات تولیدی بود. همچنیین دارای فرایندهای واج شناختی پایدار بود که بیشترین فرایند رخ داده شده در آن ها فرایند واج شناختی جانشینی بود. بی ثباتی در گفتار عاملی موثر در کاهش وضوح بود. از این رو رویکرد واژگان هسته ای در جهت افزایش ثبات و افزایش وضوح در این فرد انجام گرفت.یافته ها: رویکرد واژگان هسته ای موجب افزایش ثبات و همچنین افزایش وضوح در کودک مبتلا به ایدز با نمره بی ثباتی 25 درصد شد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به پژوهش حاضر و اثبات اختلال گفتاری در کودک مورد نظر و همچنین تحقیقات محدود در این حوزه نیاز است که بررسی های بیشتری جهت توجه به این رویکرد درمانی برای کودکان مبتلا به ایدز توسط درمانگران به عمل آید.

مقایسه تاثیر بازتوانی های بدنی، شناختی و ترکیبی بر توجه و حافظه جانبازان مبتلا به PTSD
زمینه و هدف: در جانبازان مبتلا به PTSD، اختلالات شناختی نظیر نقص در حافظه و توجه باعث شده است که افزون بر درمان های دارویی آنتی سایکوتیک و آرام بخش ها، کاوش هایی هم درجهت استفاده از بازتوانی های مختلف به منظور رفع این اختلالات، صورت پذیرد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر مقایسه بازتوانی های مختلف بر حافظه و توجه این جانبازان می باشد.روش نمونه گیری: در مطالعه نیمه تجربی حاضر، 43 جانبازان جنگ تحمیلی با توجه به شرایط تحقیق به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و سپس به صورت تصادفی در چهارگروه کنترل، بازتوانی های بدنی، شناختی و ترکیبی تقسیم شدند. بهره حافظه و نمره تداخل توجه به ترتیب با استفاده از پرسشنامه وکسلر و آزمون استروپ در قبل و بعد از مداخلات مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آزمون های تی همبسته، تحلیل واریانس و کوواریانس استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که پس از اعمال مداخلات بین گروه های تجربی با گروه کنترل در بهره حافظه اختلاف معناداری مشاهده شد(05/0P<). با این حال بین گروه های تجربی در بهره حافظه اختلاف معناداری وجود نداشت(05/0P>). علاوه بر این بین گروه های تجربی با گروه کنترل در نمره تداخل توجه تفاوت معناداری مشاهد شد(05/0P<). این اختلاف بین گروه های بازتوانی شناختی و ترکیبی با گروه بازتوانی بدنی بود. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به موجود اختلالات حافظه و توجه در جانبازان PTSD، انجام بازتوانی های ترکیبی(تمرینات ورزشی - شناختی) می تواند به عنوان راه کاری جدید باعث بهبود معناداری در عملکرد حافظه و توجه آنها گردد.

تاثیرهشت هفته تمرین هوازی روی برخی شاخص های قلبی تنفسی و تحمل به فعالیت زنان مبتلا به آسم مزمن دارای اضافه وزن
اهداف: بیماری آسم، چاقی یا اضافه وزن یکی از عوامل تغییرات قلبی – تنفسی است که راه های هوایی را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد.مواد وروش ها: این پژوهش در سال 1394 به صورت نیمه تجربی و با استفاده از دو گروه تجربی(13نفر) و کنترل (13نفر)بر اساس غربال گری پرونده پزشکی و معاینه بالینی گروه ها انتخاب و تعیین گردید. گروه تجربی به مدت دو ماه مطابق برنامه فعالیت هوازی زیر بیشینه (45 تا 80 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب) به تمرین هوازی پرداختند. شاخص های مورد اندازه گیری در شرایط پایه، به روش استاندارد اندازه گیری شدند. ارزیابی داده ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و مقایسه پیشآزمون و پس آزمون هر گروه با آزمون تی زوجی در سطح معنی داری( 05/0 ≥p ) انجام شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرین باعث کاهش معنی داری ضربان قلب استراحت، فشار خون سیستولی، تهویه دقیقه ای و افزایش معنی داری حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی و تحمل به فعالیت شد (05/0 ≥p ). اما در شاخص های مذکور در گروه کنترل تغییر معنی داری مشاهده نشد (05/0≥ p ).نتیجه گیری : نتایج مطالعات نشان داد که تقویت عضلات تنفسی و سایر عوامل فیزیولوژیکی طی فعالیت هوازی قادر است بهبودی قلبی و تنفسی ایجاد کند. همچنین فعالیت هوازی باعث تغییر مطلوب در شاخص های قلبی- تنفسی و تحمل به فعالیت زنان مبتلا به آسم مزمن دارای اضافه وزن شود.
