بررسی میزان رعایت بهداشت دست توسط کارکنان بخشهای ICU بیمارستان گلستان اهواز در سال 1392
زمینه و هدف: آمارها حاکی از این واقعیت هستند که بخشهای مراقبت ویژه پرخطرترین مکان برای عفونتهای بیمارستانی میباشند. میزان رعایت بهداشت دستها در کارکنان درمانی، اولین قدم در جهت کنترل عفونتهای بیمارستانی است، این پژوهش میزان رعایت اصول بهداشت دست را در کارکنان بخشهای ICU بیمارستان گلستان مورد بررسی قرار داده است.
روش بررسی: این مطالعۀ اپیدمیولوژیک مقطعی توصیفی در بخشهای ICU بیمارستان آموزشی_درمانی گلستان اهواز در آذرماه سال1392 انجام گرفت. پرسنل بخشهای ICU شامل سه گروه پزشکان، پرستاران و سایرین (بهیار، کمک بهیار و کارگر)، از نظر رعایت اصول بهداشت دست بهصورت تصادفی مورد مشاهده پنهان قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که میزان رعایت بهداشت دستها در کارکنان بخشهای ICU از 369 موقعیت پیش آمده، 211 موقعیت یا به عبارت 2/57% بود. میزان رعایت اصول بهداشت دستها به تفکیک در پزشکان 12%، پرستاران63% و سایرین 67% میباشد. بیشترین روش مورد استفاده جهت رعایت بهداشت دست توسط کارکنان استفاده از دستکش با 2/28% بود.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اهمیت فوقالعاده بخشهای ICU از نظر خطر ابتلای بیماران به عفونتهای بیمارستانی، میزان رعایت بهداشت دست توسط کارکنان ICU پایین بود. لازم است اقداماتی جهت ارتقای بهداشت دستهای کارکنان صورت گیرد.

اندازهگیری فعالیت آنزیم هیالورونیداز در زهر افعی لبتینای ایران
زمینه و هدف: زهر مارها حاوی مخلوطی از پروتئینهای آنزیمی و غیرآنزیمی و ترکیبات آلی کوچک میباشد. مطالعات ما روی زهر افعی لبتینای ایرانی مشخص نمود که این زهر منبع غنی از پروتئینها و لیپیدها میباشد. افعی لبتینا یکی از مارهایی است که در قسمتهایی از جنوب شرقی اروپا، جنوب شرقی آسیا و شمال غربی آفریقا یافت میشود.
هیالورونیداز یک فاکتور ثابت در زهر مارهاست و به عنوان یک فاکتور انتشار شناخته شده که انتشار توکسینهای سیستمیکی را که به گردش خون آسیب میرسانند، تسهیل میکند. در این مقاله فعالیت آنزیم هیالورونیداز را در زهر افعی لبتینای ایران گزارش میدهیم.
وش بررسی: فعالیت هیالورونیداز روی هیالورونیک اسید به روش توربیدومتری آزمایش شد. فعالیت کاهش توربیدیتی به صورت درصد هیالورونات هیدرولیز شده در مقایسه با جذب لولۀ آزمایش بدون آنزیم به عنوان صد درصد توربیدیتی محاسبه شد. از هیالورونیداز بیضۀ گاوی به عنوان استاندارد استفاده شد.
یافتهها: pH و درجۀ حرارت اپتیمم برای حداکثر فعالیت به ترتیب 6 و 37 درجۀ سانتیگراد بود.
نتیجهگیری: نتیجۀ کلی این مطالعه این بود که زهر افعی لبتینای ایران دارای مقدار قابل ملاحظهای فعالیت هیالورونیداز بود.

بررسی اثر داروی ترکیبی فورمترول به اضافۀ بودزوناید در بیماران آسمی متوسط و شدید مراجعهکننده به بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) شهر اهواز
زمینه و هدف: داروهای ترکیبی جدیدی جهت کنترل آسم بهکار میروند، که هدف آنها دستیابی به یک وضعیت فاقد علایم بیماری و بهبود و تقویت کارکرد ریوی با کمترین مقدار مصرف دارو میباشد. در این مطالعه، میزان بهبودی کلینیکی، یافتههای عملکرد ریوی بیماران مبتلا به آسم قبل و بعد از درمان دوهفتهای با داروی ترکیبی فورمترول به اضافۀ بودزوناید مقایسه میشود.
روشبررسی: طی یک مطالعۀ کارآزمایی بالینی به بررسی 58 بیمار جدید مبتلا به آسم متوسط و شدید با استفاده از شرح حال، معاینۀ فیزیکی و اسپیرومتری پرداخته شد. سپس بیماران، تحت درمان دوهفتهای با پروتکل درمانی اسپری فورمترول(به مقدار µg320) به اضافۀ بودزوناید (به مقدار µg9) قرارگرفتند و سه شاخص ریوی FEV1، FVC وPEF در اسپیرومتری آنها بررسی شد.
یافتهها: در مطالعۀ حاضر، میانگین FEV1 قبل از درمان 2/1±92/2 و بعد از درمان 78/0±10/3 بود که این اختلاف معنادار بوده است (05/0P<). همچنین FVCقبل و بعد از درمان بهترتیب 4/1±51/3 و 98/0±87/3 بود که 50/17درصد تغییر داشت که از نظر آماری تفاوت معنادار بود (05/0P<). میانگین PEF قبل و بعد از درمان بهترتیب 8/1±50/4 و6/0±98/4 درصد بود که تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر داشتند (05/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: استفاده از داروی ترکیبی فورمترول به اضافۀ بودزوناید برای درمان بیماران آسم متوسط و شدید مفید است و بهکار بردن بیشتر این داروی ترکیبی در بالین اثربخش است و نتایج رضایتبخشی حاصل میشود.

میزان بازگشت به فعالیت قبلی و کیفیت زندگی در بیماران جراحیشده شکستگی گردن فمور در بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) اهواز
زمینه و هدف: شکستگی گردن فمور در سنین بالا شایعتر است و بیماران با این شکستگی که درمان شدهاند نیز ممکن است تا مدتها نتوانند به وضعیت فعالیت سابق خود بازگردند و کیفیت زندگی آنها تحت تأثیر قرار میگیرد. در راستای بررسی همین موضوع، پژوهشی در راستای بررسی کامل و جامع کیفیت زندگی بیماران با شکستگی گردن فمور درمانشده در بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) اهواز بهعنوان مرکز اصلی ارتوپدی و جراحی استخوان جنوب غرب کشور طرحریزی شد.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش با مطالعۀ پروندههای بیماران دچار شکستگی گردن فمور و پیگیری آنان با بررسی میزان کیفیت زندگی با پرسشنامۀ استاندارد Eq5d صورت گرفت. همچنین اطلاعات دموگرافیک بیماران و اطلاعات درمانی شامل نوع عمل جراحی و فاصلۀ شکستگی تا عمل مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفت. اطلاعات با استفاده از نسخۀ 22 نرمافزار SPSS آنالیز شد.
یافتهها: 127 بیمار دچار شکستگی گردن فمور بررسی شدند. میانگین نمرۀ کیفیت زندگی بیماران دچار شکستگی گردن فمور در عمل جراحی ORIF برابر با 77/2± 22/9 ، در عمل جراحی THR برابر با 41/5±26/5، در عمل جراحی Bipolar برابر با 32/5±48/7 بوده است. تفاوت معناداری میان کیفیت زندگی بیماران در عملهای جراحی مختلف وجود داشت (03/0=P). نوع عمل جراحی انجامشده با میزان درد بیماران، رابطۀ معناداری داشت (001/0=P).
نتیجهگیری: میزان کیفیت زندگی بعد از درمان بیماران دچار شکستگی گردن فمور در حد متوسط رو به بالا قرار دارد. انتخاب نوع عمل مناسب و اقدامات حمایتی درمانی پس از عمل جراحی و دورۀ درمان میتواند تأثیر مثبتی در بهبود کیفیت زندگی بیماران داشته باشد.

اثربخشی مشاورۀ گروهی شناختی-رفتاری بر خودپنداره و افسردگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه
زمینه و هدف: علاوه بر اثرات جسمی درمانهای سرطان، افراد با پارهای از مشکلات دیگر مثل عواقب روانشناختی، نگرانی دائمی در مورد عود سرطان و کژکاری جنسی مواجه میشوند، لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تأثیر مشاورۀ گروهی شناختی_رفتاری بر خودپنداره و افسردگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه صورت گرفت.
روش بررسی: جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه شهر شیراز در سال 1392 بودند. روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و حجم نمونه شامل 30 نفر بود. اعضا به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و گواه قرار داده شدند. طرح تحقیق به صورت پیشآزمون_پسآزمون و آزمون پیگیری یک ماهه با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل و ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامۀ خودپندارۀ راجرز و افسردگی بک بود. مشاورۀ گروهی به مدت ده جلسه برای گروه آزمایش برگزار شد. سپس از هر دو گروه پسآزمون و بعد از گذشت یک ماه از دو گروه آزمون پیگیری گرفته شد.
یافتهها: با کنترل پیشآزمون بین زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه از لحاظ خودپنداره و افسردگی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده میشود. این نتایج تا مرحلۀ پیگیری حفظ شد.
نتیجهگیری: مشاورۀ گروهی شناختی_رفتاری با دارا بودن آموزشهایی چون به چالشگیری افکار غیر منطقی و جایگزینی آنها با افکار منطقی موجب بهبود خودپنداره و کاهش افسردگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه میشود.

بررسی و مقایسۀ میزان علاقهمندی دانشجویان رشتۀ دندانپزشکی واحد پردیس خودگردان و دانشکدۀ دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندیشاپور اهواز به ادامۀ تحصیل در مقطع دکترای تخصصی
زمینه و هدف: امروزه تغییر سطح توقع جامعه از دندانپزشکان و دریافت خدمات دندانپزشکی با کیفیتتر و عوامل دیگر، تمایل دندانپزشکان به ادامۀ تحصیل را در آنها تقویت نموده است. لذا پژوهشی بهمنظور بررسی و مقایسۀ میزان علاقهمندی دانشجویان رشتۀ دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندیشاپور اهواز به ادامۀ تحصیل در مقطع دکترای تخصصی صورت گرفته است.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش بهصورت توصیفی– تحلیلی و بهشکل مقطعی در اسفندماه سال 1394 صورت گرفته است. جامعۀ آماری کلیۀ 484 نفر دانشجویان مقطع دکترای حرفهای رشتۀ دندانپزشکی دانشگاه میباشند. نمونهگیری بهصورت سرشماری و با توزیع پرسشنامهها بین کلیۀ دانشجویان انجام شده است که تعداد 118 نفر از دانشکدۀ دندانپزشکی و تعداد 58 نفر از واحد پردیس خودگردان پرسشنامهها را تکمیل کردهاند. بهمنظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نیز از آمار توصیفی، فراوانی، درصد فراوانی، میانگین، آزمون نرمالیتی کلوموگروف– اسمیرنف و آزمون ناپارامتری مقایسۀ میانگین من ویتنی در نسخۀ 21 نرمافزار آماری SPSS استفاده شد.
یافتهها:این مطالعه نشان داد که 59 درصد از دانشجویان مایل به ادامۀ تحصیل بودند (36/2±08/1) و بین دانشجویان دانشکدۀ دندانپزشکی و پردیس خودگردان (870/0P =) و همچنین بین دختران و پسران (291/0P=) تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجهگیری: دلایلی همچون کسب موقعیت اقتصادی بهتر، دسترسی به کار بهتر و بیشتر، کسب موقعیت اجتماعی بهتر، از با اهمیتترین دلایل، همچنین عدم علاقهمندی دانشجویان به ادامۀ تحصیل را میتوان خسته شدن از تحصیل، مشکلات ناشی از موفقیت در امتحان تخصصی و شروع بهکار بلافاصله پس از فراغت از تحصیل عنوان کرد.

تأثیر برنامۀ مدیریت خواب بر شاخصهای سردرد بیماران مبتلا به میگرن مراجعهکننده به مرکز آموزشی درمانی رازی شهرستان قائمشهر
زمینه وهدف: میگرن اصلیترین علت سردرد ناتوانکننده است.اختلالات خواب از عوامل مهم محرک میگرن میباشند. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تأثیر برنامۀ مدیریت خواب بر شاخصهای سردرد مبتلایان به میگرن انجام شد.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعۀ نیمهتجربی، 60 بیمار مبتلا به میگرن مراجعهکننده به درمانگاه تخصصی مرکز آموزشی درمانی رازی قائمشهر در سال 1392 در دو گروه 30 نفری آزمون و کنترل (با تخصیص تصادفی) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامۀ اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامۀ شاخصهای سردرد و پرسشنامۀ کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ بود.برای گروه آزمون برنامۀ مدیریت خواب بهصورت 4 جلسۀ آموزشی یک ساعته اجرا شد.شاخصهای سردرد و کیفیت خواب قبل و یک ماه پس از اجرای برنامه سنجیده و در دو گروه مقایسه گردید.تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها بهوسیلۀ نرمافزار spss نسخۀ16 انجام شد.
یافتهها: تعداد دفعات سردرد در گروه آزمون در مرحلۀبعد از مداخله نسبت به قبل کاهش معناداری پیدا کرد و کیفیت خواب آنان نیز بهبود معناداری داشت(05/0> (p. اما در مدت و شدت سردرد تفات معناداری مشاهده نشد(05/0(p>.آزمون تی مستقل تفاوت معناداری در تعداد دفعات سردرد و نمرۀکیفیت خواب در گروه آزمون در مقایسه با گروه کنترل در مرحلۀبعد از مداخله نشان داد. اما در شدت و طول مدت سردرد تفاوت معناداری نشان نداد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش حاضر پیشنهاد میشود که برنامۀمدیریت خواب به عنوان روشی مؤثر در کاهش تعداد حملات میگرن به کار گرفته شود.

آگاهی و عملکرد دندانپزشکان عمومی نسبت به درمان صدمات ناشی از ضربه به دندانها در کودکان شهر اهواز سال 94-1393
زمینه وهدف: صدمات ناشی از ضربه به دندانها تجربیات ناخوشایندی را برای کودکان فراهم میسازد و لازم است در اسرع وقت تحت درمان قرار گیرند. هدف از این مطالعۀ مقطعی ارزیابی آگاهی و عملکرد دندانپزشکان عمومی شاغل در اهواز نسبت به درمان این گونه صدمات است.
روشبررسی:در این مطالعه یک پرسشنامۀ متشکل از دو بخش بین 100 دندانپزشک عمومی توزیع شد. بخش اول شامل سؤالات مربوط به اطلاعات دموگرافیک و بخش دوم سؤالات مربوط به آسیبهای مختلف دندانی بود. به هر پاسخ صحیح نمرهای داده شد. نمرۀ کلی بین 30-10 میزان کم، 50-30 میزان متوسط، 70-50 میزان خوب و بالاتر از 70 میزان بالای آگاهی و عملکرد را نشان میداد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آنالیز واریانس، آزمون t- آنالیز شدند.
یافتهها: میانگین میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان 2/59% بود که از 100 دندانپزشک، 51% افراد میزان آگاهی خوبی داشتند. ارتباط معناداری بین آگاهی و عملکرد دندانپزشکان عمومی در مواجهه و درمان آسیبهای تروماتیک دندانی وجود داشت (001/0p=).
نتیجهگیری: آگاهی کلی دندانپزشکان عمومی نسبت به درمان آسیبهای تروماتیک دندانی در جمعیت انتخاب شده خوب بود.

مقایسۀ تأثیر کلرهگزیدین بر استحکام باند ریز برشی ادهزیوهای سلف-اچ دو مرحلهای با و بدون فلوراید به عاج بعد از نگهداری در آب
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به احتمال ریز نشت باکتریایی در حفرات ترمیمی، استفاده از عوامل ضدمیکروبی در رستوریشنهای کامپوزیتی مفید تشخیص داده شده است. هرچند اثرات این کار در دوام باند طولانیمدت به عاج هنوز به صورت کامل ارزیابی نشده است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف تعیین اثرات کلرهگزیدین در مقادیر استحکام باند ریزبرشی ادهزیوهای سلف اچ دو مرحلهای با و بدون فلوراید پس از دورۀ نگهداری در آب انجام شد.
روش بررسی: در یک تحقیق آزمایشگاهی، 40 دندان مولر سوم مندیبل انسانی برش خورده و در 4 گروه 10تایی قرار گرفتند. در شرایط استفاده یا عدم استفاده از کلرهگزیدین 2% در قبل از باندینگ، ادهزیوهای Clearfil SE Bond و Clearfil Liner Bond F در سطوح عاجی به کار رفته و ترمیمها با کامپوزیت Z250 انجام شدند. دندانها 6 ماه در دمای C°37 و رطوبت 100% نگهداری و سپس، تحت 1000 بار چرخههای حرارتی قرار گرفتند. سپس استحکام باند ریز برشی دندانها محاسبه و الگوی شکست آنها نیز توسط استریومیکروسکوپ تعیین گردید و در 3 گروه ادهـزیو، کوهزیو و مختلط طبقهبندی شد. مقایسۀ استحکام باند بین گروهها توسط آزمون آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و مقایسۀ دو به دو توسط آزمون توکی (Tukey)انجام شد.
یافتهها: استفاده از کلرهگزیدین در سطوح عاجی هنگام کاربرد ادهزیوهای سلف-اچ باعث تفاوت معناداری در استحکام باند به عاج نگردید. انحراف معیار میانگین استحکام باند ادهزیو Clearfil SE Bond در شرایط با و بدون کاربرد کلرهگزیدین 2%، معادل 11/7±48/17 و 27/3±66/20 MPa بوده و نیز استحکام باند ریز برشی ادهزیو Clearfil Liner Bond F در شرایط با و بدون استفاده از کلرهگزیدین 2%، معادل MPa39/11±42/31 و33/7±63/31 گزارش گردید.
نتیجهگیری: به دلیل عدم تأثیر منفی کلرهگزیدین بر استحکام باند ریزبرشی کامپوزیت رزین به عاج، با توجه به اثرات ضد باکتریایی مؤثر آن، شاید بتوان از طریق آمادهسازی سطوح با کلرهگزیدین در کنار استفاده از ادهزیوهای حاوی فلوراید، از اثرات مثبت آنها در حذف باکتریهای موجود و کاهش ریزنشت، همزمان با حفظ استحکام باند مطلوب استفاده کرد.

مقایسۀ کمی و کیفی روشهای CTAB و SDS برای تخلیص DNA از گیاه دارویی ماریتیغال (Silybum marianum L.)
زمینه و هدف: معمولاً کیفیت DNA با عوامل مختلفی از جمله: عدم آلودگی ناشی از RNA، پروتئین، لیپید و سایر ساختارهایی که برای آنزیم تک پلیمراز (Taq Polymerase) در واکنش زنجیرهای پلیمراز (PCR) و آنزیمهای برشی مزاحم، سنجیده میشود. وجود ترکیبات فنلی و ترکیبات ثانویۀ دیگر، استخراج DNA از بافت برگ گیاه دارویی ماریتیغال (Silybum marianum L.) را جهت استفاده در مطالعات ژنتیکی و بیوتکنولوژی مشکل ساخته است.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه دو روش استخراج DNA جهت استخراج از بافت برگ 11 تودۀ ماریتیغال مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. روش نخست بر اساس روش SDS انجام شد و در روش دوم از دستورالعمل CTAB با انجام تغییراتی استفاده گردید. کمیت DNA استخراج شده با تعیین میزان جذب هر یک از نمونهها در طول موج های260 و 280 نانومتر بهوسیلۀ دستگاه اسپکتروفتومتر مشخص گردید. در این پژوهش کیفیت DNA از نظر وجود شکستگی و مقدار RNA استخراج شده بهوسیلۀ الکتروفورز با ژل آگارز ارزیابی شد.
یافتهها: در میان روشهای بهکار گرفته شده جهت استخراج DNA از بافت برگ جمعیتهای ماریتیغال، روش CTAB از نظر کمیت و کیفیت DNA استخراج شده کارآیی پایینی داشت، در حالیکه روش SDS کارآیی مناسبی از نظر کمیت، کیفیت و خلوص DNA استخراج شده نشان داد.
نتیجهگیری: از آنجاییکه نسبت 280A/260A بیش از 2 نشاندهنده وجود RNA و تخریب زیاد DNA و نسبت کمتر از 8/1 نشاندهندۀ وجود آلودگی پروتئینی در DNA است، باید گفت که در مطالعات ژنتیکی و کارهای مهندسی ژنتیک روشی برای تخلیص DNA مناسبتر است که DNA با کیفیت و کمیت بالاتری تولید کند. بسیاری از مطالعات انجام گرفته نشان میدهد که در گیاهان دارویی و گیاهانی که حاوی مواد پلیفنلی و پلیساکارید بالایی هستند بهکارگیری روش تخلیص CTAB و روشهایی که از نظر تکنیکی نزدیک به این روش هستند کارایی مناسبتری نشان میدهند. CTAB به عنوان یک ماده شوینده میتواند با DNA تشکیل کمپلکس دهد و آن را از کربوهیدراتها و پروتئینها جدا نماید. پلیساکاریدهای باقیمانده نیز بهوسیلۀ NaCl غلیظ حذف میگردند.

مقایسۀ تأثیر دو شدت فعالیت هوازی روی برخی شاخصهای هماتولوژیکی مردان سالمند دارای اضافهوزن
زمینه و هدف: شاخص های هماتولوژیکی تغییرات فیزیولوژیکی زیادی را در بدن به وجود می آورند، ممکن است که فعالیت ورزشى به واسطۀ آثاری که بر این شاخص ها می گذارد، بتواند در بهبود بیماری های مرتبط با این شاخص ها از جمله بیماری های قلبی- عروقی مؤثر باشد. هدف مطالعۀ حاضر، مقایسۀ تأثیر دو شدت فعالیت هوازی برروی برخی شاخصهای هماتولوژیکی مردان سالمند دارای اضافهوزن بود.
روش بررسی: تعداد 15 آزمودنی مرد دارای اضافهوزن عضو خانۀ سالمندان شهر اهواز (میانگین± انحراف معیار؛ سن، 6/3±2/66 سال؛ شاخص تودۀ بدن، 31/29±37/2کیلوگرم بر مجذور متر) به صورت هدفمند به عنوان نمونه در تحقیق حاضر شرکت نمودند. در جلسۀ اول سنجشهای آنتروپومتریکی، ترکیب بدنی و اوج اکسیژن مصرفی (VO2peak) (از طریق آزمون تعدیلشدۀ بروس) آزمودنیها اندازهگیری شد. در جلسههای دوم و سوم آزمودنیها پس از حداقل 10 ساعت ناشتایی در یک طرح متقاطع با دو شدت کم (45%VO2peak) و متوسط (65% VO2peak)، طی دو جلسه به فاصلۀ یک هفته به مدت 30 دقیقه در هر جلسه، روی تردمیل دویدند. نمونۀ خونی قبل و پس از هر شدت فعالیت برای اندازهگیری شاخصهای هماتولوژیکی جمعآوری شد.
یافتهها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که سطوح هموگلوبین، تعداد گلبولهای قرمز، پلاکتها، گلبولهای سفید و هماتوکریت بعد از فعالیت در شدت متوسط افزایش معناداری داشت (05/0>p). در مقابل سطوح هموگلوبین، تعداد گلبولهای قرمز، پلاکتها، گلبولهای سفید و هماتوکریت بعد از فعالیت در شدت کم تغییر معناداری نشان نداد (05/0< p).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج حاضر میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که فعالیت هوازی حاد با شدت متوسط نسبت به شدت کم باعث بهبود شاخصهای هماتولوژیکی در مردان سالمند دارای اضافهوزن میشود.

زمینه و هدف: دستیابی به یک باند محکم و با ثبات بین کامپوزیت رزین و عاج در دندانپزشکی ترمیمی هنوز به عنوان یک موضوع مورد بحث باقی مانده است. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی اثر کلرهگزیدین 2% (به عنوان یک مهارکنندۀ ماتریکس متالوپروتئیناز)، عصارۀ هستۀ انگور و پروآنتوسیانیدین (به عنوان یک عامل کراس لینک جهت ثبات بیشتر فیبرهای کلاژن) بر روی استحکام باند عاج میباشد. روش بررسی: مینای اکلوزالی 35 دندان پرهمولر سالم انسانی برداشته و سطوح عاجی بعد از اچ شدن با اسید فسفریک با آب شستوشو داده شدند. دندانها به هفت گروه تقسیم شدند. 1. کلرهگزدین، 2. عصارۀ هستۀ انگور، 3. پروآنتوسیانیدین، 4.کلرهگزیدین و عصارۀ هستۀ انگور، 5 .کلرهگزیدین و پروآنتوسیانیدین، 6. اتانول و 7. کنترل تقسیم شدند، سپس مواد کلرهگزیدین، عصارۀ هستۀ انگور، پروآنتوسیانیدین، کلرهگزیدین و عصارۀ هسته انگور، کلرهگزیدین و پروآنتوسیانیدین، اتانول (حلال عصارۀ هستۀ انگور) به گروهها اضافه گردید. به دندانهای گروه کنترل محلول خاصی اضافه نشد. سپس ترمیم رزین کامپوزیت بعد از استفاده از ادهزیو Etch & Rinse بر روی سطح عاج قرار داده شد. استحکام باند ریزکششی(µTBS) نمونهها بعد از سه ماه نگهداری آنها در آب و 1500 سیکل چرخۀ حرارتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: یافتههای مطالعه نشان دادند که گروه کنترل بیشترین استحکام باند و کلرهگزیدین با عصارۀ هستۀ انگور کمترین استحکام باند را نسبت به دیگر گروهها داشتهاند. کلرهگزیدین و عصارۀ هستۀ انگور و پروآنتوسیانیدین اثر منفی بر استحکام باند عاجی داشتهاند. همچنین اختلاف معنادار آماری بین میانگین استحکام باند در گروههای مختلف در مقایسه با گروه شاهد مشاهده شد (05/0>p). نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعۀ حاضر استفاده از کلرهگزیدین 2%، عصارۀ هستۀ انگور و پروآنتوسیانیدین در استحکام باند ریزکششی کامپازیت و عاج را تأیید نکرد.

مقایسه تاثیر فعالیت هوازی حاد با شدت کم و متوسط بر نیمرخ لیپیدی مردان سالمند دارای اضافه وزن
زمینه و هدف: هدف مطاله حاضر، مقایسه تاثیر فعالیت هوازی حاد با شدت کم و متوسط بر نیمرخ لیپیدی مردان سالمند دارای اضافه وزن بود.
وش بررسی: جامعه آماری این تحقیق مردان سالمند عضو خانه سالمندان شهر اهواز بودند که تعداد 15 آزمودنی مرد دارای اضافه وزن (میانگین± انحراف معیار؛ سن، 6/3±2/66 سال؛ قد، 7/5± 3/176سانتی متر؛ وزن 7/4±58/90 کیلو گرم) به صورت هدفمند به عنوان نمونه در تحقیق حاضر شرکت نمودند. در جلسه اول سنجش های آنتروپومتریکی، ترکیب بدنی و اوج اکسیژن مصرفی(VO2peak) (از طریق آزمون تعدیل شده بروس) آزمودنیها اندازه گیری شد. در جلسات دوم و سوم آزمودنی ها پس از حداقل 10 ساعت ناشتایی در یک طرح متقاطع با دو شدت کم ( %45 VO2peak) و متوسط (%65 VO2peak)، طی دو جلسه به فاصله یک هفته به مدت 30 دقیقه در هر جلسه، روی تردمیل دویدند. نمونه خونی قبل و پس از هر شدت فعالیت برای اندازهگیری تری گلیسیرید، HDL-C، LDL-C و کلسترول تام جمع آوری شد.
یافتهها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که سطوح تری گلیسیرید، LDL-C و کلسترول تام بعد از فعالیت در شدت متوسط کاهش معنیداری داشت (05/0> p). بعلاوه، سطح HDL-C بعد از فعالیت در شدت متوسط افزایش معنیداری نشان داد (05/0> p) در مقابل سطوح تری گلیسیرید، HDL-C ، LDL-C و کلسترول تام بعد از فعالیت در شدت کم تغییر معنی داری نشان نداد (05/0< p).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج حاضر میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد فعالیت هوازی حاد با شدت متوسط نسبت به شدت کم باعث بهبود نیمرخ لیپیدی در مردان سالمند دارای اضافه وزن می شود.
