Method: In this research, an experimental single-case design with asynchronous multiple base line was used. The efficacy of Transdiagnostic Therapy Based on Repetitive Negative Thought was evaluated during three stages of intervention including baseline, treatment and follow up. Three patients were selected through purposive sampling and entered the study. In this study, Alexithymia Toronto Questionnaire and Barking Emotional Regulation were used. The data were analyzed using the Reliable Change Index, clinical significances and visual inspection.Results: In this study, the reliable change index for the Alexithymia variable in the first to third patients was 4.46, 4.08 and 4.46, respectively, which was significant (RCI >1.96), and therefore, no random changes were made. Recovery rates are 53%, 47% and 57% for the first patient, respectively, indicating that they are successful in the first and third patients and the relative success in the second patient. In the emotional regulation variable, the change in reliable change index was 2.02 in all three patients, which was significantly (RCI > 1.96) significant. The percentage of emotional regulation recovery in these three patients is 75%, 72%, and 57%, which is in the range of recovery and treatment success. Conclusion: The findings indicate the effectiveness of Transdiagnostic Therapy Based on Repetitive Negative Thought in decreasing Alexithymia and increased emotional regulation.}, keywords = {Psychogenic Non Epileptic Seizures,alexithymia,emotional regulation,Transdiagnostic therapy based on repetitive negative thought}, title_fa = {اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی مبتنی بر افکار تکرار شونده ی منفی بر الکسی تایمیا و تنظیم هیجانی در بیماران مبتلا به حملات تشنجی غیرصرعی روان زاد}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی مبتنی بر افکار تکرار شونده ی منفی بر الکسی تایمیا و تنظیم هیجانی در بیماران مبتلا به تشنجات غیر صرعی روان زاد می باشد. روش بررسی: در این پژوهش از طرح تجربی تک موردی با خط پایه چندگانه ناهمزمان استفاده گردیده است. کارآیی درمان فراتشخیصی مبتنی بر افکار تکرار شونده ی منفی، طی سه مرحله مداخله شامل بررسی خط پایه، مرحله ی درمان و پیگیری، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. سه بیمار به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و وارد پژوهش شده و از پرسش نامه ی الکسی تایمیا تورنتو و تنظیم هیجان برکینگ استفاده گردید. جهت تحلیل داده ها، روش شاخص تغییر پایا، درصد بهبودی و ترسیم دیداری مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: شاخص تغییر پایا برای متغیر الکسی تایمیا در بیمار اول تا سوم به ترتیب 46/4، 08/4 و 46/4 می باشد. با توجه به(96/1 RCI>)، شاخص تغییر پایا معنی دار بوده و تغییرات تصادفی نبوده است. همچنین درصد های بهبودی به ترتیب برای بیمار اول تا سوم %53، %47 و %57 می باشد که بیانگر موفقیت درمانی در بیمار اول و سوم و موفقیت نسبی در بیمار دوم می باشد. در متغیر تنظیم هیجانی شاخص تغییر پایا در هر سه بیمار 02/2 می باشد که با توجه به (1.96RCI>) تغییرات به صورت معنی دار بوده است. درصد بهبودی تنظیم هیجانی در این سه بیمار به ترتیب %75، 72% و %57 می باشد که در دامنه ی بهبودی و موفقیت درمان قرار دارد.}, keywords_fa = {تشنجات غیرصرعی روان زاد,الکسی تایمیا,تنظیم هیجانی,درمان فراتشخیصی مبتنی بر افکار تکرار شونده ی منفی}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_94186.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_94186_aa192f7eb1b61195b4eb6977fb06d78c.pdf} }
