Study about differences between copers and FAI groups results in identify factors that cause FAI. The aim of this study was to compare the effect of cognitive demands on dynami postural control in FAI, copers and uninjured controls. Subjects and methods: 42 individuals in three groups with FAI, copers and uninjured controls participated in this study. Dynamic postural stability with and without cognitive demands, was assessed. Repeated measure ANOVAs was used to determine possible significant interactions for the 2 factors. Results: Interaction of group by cognitive difficulty was significant for Overal stability index (OSI) (P<0.001) and mediolateral stability index (MLSI) (P=0.005). A significant increase in OSI and MLSI observed in FAI group during dual task compared to the single task performance (p<0.05). However, a significant decrease in OSI was demonstrated in copers during dual task condition (p=0.004). Conclusion: The results showed that concurrent performance of cognitive task could effect on postural control after first lateral ankle sprain. responses to cognitive perturbations can consider as an important factor to identify adaptation mechanisms in copers and distinguish between copers and FAI groups.}, keywords = {cognition,ankle sprain copers,dual task,dynamic postural control,Functional ankle instability}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثر تکلیف شناختی بر کنترل وضعیتی پویا در افراد مبتلا به بی ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا. تطابق یافته و سالم.}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: برخی افراد بعد از پیچ خوردگی سمت خارجی مچ پا، بدون ایجاد بی ثباتی به فعالیت های سطح بالا برمی گردند، که به آن ها تطابق یافته گفته می شود. بررسی تفاوت های این گروه با افراد مبتلا به بی ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا به شناسایی عوامل اثر گذار بر ایجاد بی ثباتی کمک می کند. هدف مطالعه حاضر، مقایسه اثر تکلیف شناختی بر کنترل وضعیتی پویا در افراد مبتلا به بی ثباتی، تطابق یافته و سالم بود. روش بررسی: 42 فرد در سه گروه مبتلا به بی ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا، تطابق یافته و سالم قرار گرفتند. بررسی کنترل وضعیتی با و بدون تکلیف شناختی، توسط سیتم ثباتی بایودکس انجام گرفت. به منظور تعیین تعامل گروه در تکلیف شناختی از آزمون تحلیل واریانس برای اندازه گیری های مکرر استفاده گردید. یافته ها: تعامل گروه در تکلیف شناختی برای دو شاخص ثبات مجموع (p<0.001) و داخلی_خارجی (p=0.005) معنادار بود. در گروه مبتلا به بی ثباتی با اضافه شدن تکلیف شناختی هر دو شاخص افزایش می یابند (p<0.05). در حالی که، در افراد تطابق یافته در حالت تکلیف دوگانه شاخص ثبات مجموع کاهش پیدا می کرد (p=0.004). نتیجه گیری: نیازهای توجهی بر روی کنترل وضعیتی افراد بعد از اولین پیچ خوردگی تاثیر گذار می باشد. بنابراین نحوه پاسخگویی به اغتشاشات شناختی، به عنوان یک عامل مهم در زمینه افتراق بین گروه مبتلا به بی ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا و تطابق یافته و بررسی مکانیسم های تطابقی بعد از اولین پیچ خوردگی حائز اهمیت می باشد.}, keywords_fa = {بی ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا,تکلیف دوگانه,تطابق یافته,کنترل وضعیتی پویا,شناخت}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_85067.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_85067_0576c45e2c0a0888b56acf0588f53153.pdf} }
