The purpose of this study was to assess the relationship between plasma level of   hs-CRP as noninvasive evidence of inflammation and its screening efficacy in diagnosis of atherosclerosis and extent of coronary vessels stenosis. Subjects and Methods: Our 87 cases selected from all patients who came with chief complaint of chest pain and had positive exercise treadmill test in paraclinic examination, and were referred for coronary angiography.  Serum hs-CRP level of all these patient was cheked. Patients with cardiac dysfunction, rheumatic disease and infective disease were excluded from our study. The Patients were divided into two groups according to angiography results: group 1 comprised of   47 patients (24 men vs 23 women) with normal coronary angiography and group 2 comprised of 40 patients (28 men vs 12) with abnormal coronary angiography. The statistical analysis was performed with SPSS version 15. Results: there was statistically a significant difference between age, sex and positive history of diabetic mellitus between two groups (p< 0.05). Hs-CRP level was similar in both groups. There was no statistically significant correlation between Hs-CRP level and coronary angiography results. Conclusion: In this study, we found that there is not a clear relationship between plasma level of high sensitivity CRP with exercise induced ischemia, and also extent or the presence of coronary atherosclerosis.}, keywords = {hs-CRP,Coronary Angiography,positive exercise treadmill test,Atherosclerosis}, title_fa = {بررسی ارتباط سطح سرمی (hs-CRP) High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein با نتیجۀ آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر در بیماران دارای تست ورزش مثبت}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: شواهد تجربی و کلینیکی حاکی از آن است که فرآیندهای التهابی یک فاکتور مهم در ایجاد آترواسکلروز و پارگی پلاکهای آترواسکلروتیک میباشند. در این مطالعه هدف، بررسی ارتباط بین سطح سرمی پپتید c واکنشی با حساسیت بالا ( (hs-CRP به عنوان یک نشانه التهابی غیر تهاجمی، و قابلیت غربالگری آن در تشخیص آترواسکلروز و وسعت درگیری عروق کرونر می باشد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه بر روی 87 بیماری انجام شده است که شکایت درد قفسه صدری داشته و متعاقب آن به دلیل تست ورزش مثبت، جهت انجام  آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر ارجاع داده شدهاند. سطح سرمی hs-CRP در تمامی این بیماران به صورت کمی اندازهگیری شد. بیماران مبتلا به اختلال عملکردی قلب، بیماریهای روماتیسمی و عفونی از مطالعه حذف شدند. بیماران بر اساس نتیجه آنژیوگرافی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند: گروه 1 شامل 47 بیمار(24 مرد و 23 زن) دارای نتیجه آنژیوگرافی نرمال و گروه 2 شامل 40 بیمار (28 مرد و 12 زن) دارای نتیجه آنژیوگرافی غیرنرمال. آنالیزها با نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 15 انجام شد. یافتهها: بین سن، جنس و وجود دیابت در دو گروه 1 و 2 از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (05/0P<). میانگین سطح سرمی hs-CRP بین دو گروه مشابه بود. بین سطح سرمی hs-CRP و نتیجه آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر ارتباط معنادار آماری وجود نداشت. نتیجهگیری: در این مطالعه بین سطح سرمی hs-CRP و ایسکمی ناشی از تست ورزش و نیز وجود و وسعت آترواسکلروز عروق کرونر ارتباط واضحی وجود ندارد.}, keywords_fa = {پپتید c فوق حساس ((hs-CRP,آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر,تست ورزش مثبت,آترواسکلروز}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49591.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_49591_5688bf6ef4a792a83ac64595f70e3d80.pdf} }
