The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of zinc supplementation and combined exercise on the level of some inflammatory factors in men with type 2 diabetes. Materials and Methods: In the present quasi-experimental study, 48 men with type 2 diabetes were randomly selected and randomly divided into 4 groups: control, supplement, exercise and combination (supplement + exercise). The training protocol included six weeks of training, three sessions per week, and each training session consisted of 60 minutes of combined resistance training and aerobic training. Zinc supplementation was taken daily in a capsule containing 30 mg of sulfate. Results: The results showed that exercise training significantly reduces inflammatory factors and glycemic index compared to the control group (P <0.05). Supplemental consumption also significantly reduces inflammatory factors without a significant effect on glycemic index compared to the control group (P <0.05).. Changes in IL-1β and insulin resistance were significantly higher in the training and combination groups than in the supplement group (P <0.05). Also, changes in CPR and fasting blood sugar were more in the combination group than in the supplement group (P <0.05). Discussion and Conclusion: The results showed that both zinc supplementation and exercise interventions reduce the level of inflammation in diabetic patients, but for more effectiveness and improvement of insulin resistance, exercise interventions are needed.}, keywords = {Type 2 diabetes,Combined training,Zinc supplementation,Inflammatory Factors}, title_fa = {اثر روی و تمرینات ورزشی بر فاکتورهای التهابی و مقاومت به انسولین در دیابت نوع 2}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه و هدف: التهاب نقش اساسی در مقاومت به انسولین دارد. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر مصرف مکمل روی و تمرینات ترکیبی بر سطح برخی از فاکتورهای التهابی در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع2 بود . روش بررسی: در تحقیق نیمه تجربی حاضر 48 مرد مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در 4 گروه کنترل، مکمل، تمرین و ترکیبی (مکمل + تمرین ) قرار گرفتند. پروتکل تمرین شامل شش هفته تمرین، سه جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه تمرین شامل 60 دقیقه‌ تمرینات ترکیبی همزمان مقاومتی و تمرین هوازی بود. مکمل روی روزانه یک کپسول حاوی روی سولفات 30 میلی گرمی مصرف شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات ورزشی موجب کاهش معنی دار فاکتورهای التهابی و شاخص های گلیسمی نسبت به گروه کنترل می شود (05/0 > P).. مصرف مکمل نیز موجب کاهش معنی دار فاکتورهای التهابی بدون اثر معنی دار بر شاخصهای گلیسمی نسبت به گروه کنترل شد (05/0 > P).. تغییرات IL-1β و مقامت به انسولین در گروه تمرین و ترکیبی نسبت به گروه مکمل به صورت معنی داری بیشتر بود (05/0 > P) همچنین تغییرات CPR و قند خون ناشتا نیز در گروه ترکیبی نسبت به گروه مکمل بیشتر بود (05/0 > P). نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو مداخله مکمل و تمرینات ورزشی موجب کاهش سطح التهاب در بیماران دیابتی می شود ولی برای اثر بخشی بیشتر و بهبود مقاومت به انسولین نیاز به مداخلات ورزشی می باشد.}, keywords_fa = {دیابت نوع 2,تمرینات ترکیبی,مکمل روی,فاکتورهای التهابی}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_126551.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_126551_f259cd42a6a863fafe17348326bd9cc3.pdf} }
