Therefore, improving the accuracy of a CAD system has become an important field of research. In this paper, we investigated CAD systems based on deep neural networks of convolution type to detect breast cancer in thermographic images. Materials and Methods: For analyzing the proposed model, the DMR database has been used. The number of the participants examined were 196, including 41 cases of cancer and 155 healthy subjects. Each person had 10 images of thermography. The total number of the analyzed images included 1960 images of thermography. The classification of thermal images including cancerous and healthy images is based on three types of deep convolution neural networks including google net, resnet18 and vgg16. Results: The accuracy and specificity of the results using a neural network models of deep pre-training on google-net, resnet18 and vgg16 is 85.03%-89.7%, 83.8% -91.9% and 85.03% -91,01% respectively. The proposed model is capable of providing a significant response to the different breast tissue morphologies. Conclusion: The model of deep artificial neural network can be used as an efficient and intelligent way to detect cancer in original thermal images without extracting features. However, more studies are needed to design other models of artificial neural networks based on deep learning to detect malignant or benign cancer in thermal imagery.}, keywords = {breast cancer,Thermal images,Deep Neural Network,Classification}, title_fa = {بررسی شبکه های عصبی کانولوشن عمیق جهت تشخیص سرطان پستان در تصاویر ترموگرافی}, abstract_fa = {چکیده زمینه و هدف: سیستم‌های تشخیص Computer-aided design به طور گسترده در تشخیص افتراقی سرطان سینه استفاده می‌شوند. بنابراین بهبود دقت یک سیستم CAD به یکی از حوزه‌های مهم تحقیقاتی تبدیل شده‌است. در این مقاله به بررسی سیستم های CAD مبتنی بر شبکه های عصبی عمیق از نوع کانولوشن در جهت تشخیص سرطان پستان در تصاویر ترموگرافی پرداخته شد. روش بررسی: برای تحلیل مدل‌ها از پایگاه داده “Database For Mastology Research” استفاده‌شده است. تعداد افراد موردبررسی 196نفر، که شامل 41 مورد سرطانی و 155 مورد سالم بوده است. هر فرد دارای 10 تصویر ترموگرافی است. جمعاً تعداد تصاویر آنالیز شده 1960 تصویر ترموگرافی می‌باشد. طبقه بندی تصاویر حرارتی شامل سرطانی و سالم بر اساس 3 نوع شبکه عصبی کانولوشن عمیق شامل google net،resnet18 و vgg16 انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: میزان دقت و ویژگی نتایج به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از مدل‌های شبکه‌های عصبی عمیق از پیش آموزش داده‌شده google net، resnet18 و vgg16 به ترتیب برابر 85.03%-89.7%، 83.8%-91.9% و 85.03%-91.01% هست. مدل ارائه‌شده قادر است با مورفولوژی‌های متفاوت بافت پستان، پاسخ قابل‌توجهی ارائه دهد. نتیجه‌گیری: مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی عمیق می تواند به عنوان یک روش کارآمد و هوشمند برای تشخیص سرطان در تصاویر حرارتی خام بدون استخراج ویژگی به کار گرفته شود. با این حال مطالعه و پژوهش های بیشتری برای طراحی مدل های دیگر از شبکه های عصبی مصنوعی بر اساس یادگیری عمیق جهت تشخیص بدخیم یا خوش خیم بودن سرطان در تصاویر حرارتی نیاز است.}, keywords_fa = {سرطان پستان,تصاویر حرارتی,شبکه عصبی عمیق,طبقه‌بندی}, url = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_104943.html}, eprint = {https://jsmj.ajums.ac.ir/article_104943_edefa2c1bad2f8e014244193b963648b.pdf} }
